Ginger Turmeric Apple Cider
I love this simple to make cider when it's cold out and I'm feeling run down. Turmeric is excellent for sore throats, colds, and indigestion and this is a tasty way to enjoy it. After I'm done with the cider, I will sometimes add boiling water to the remaining ingredients and buzz it up with a stick blender to create a second tea that has been sweetened and infused with apple juice.
